Fascinating street food of India




Looking at those “street cookers” is such an incredible and fascinating show!
In the streets of every village or town in India, some kind of artists will cook only for you delicious tandoori chickens, simple boiled-eggs, salted peanuts, spicy “pani puri”, fried food…
Attending to one of their preparation is a real festival of well-executed and fast movements, repeated every day for hundreds of daily-consumers. Your food is ready in few seconds!
In the videa above, you can attend the preparation of a masala chicken, along with gabbage, lemon juice, and a very spicy green sauce (certainly made of green chili)
Personally, I have ever tasted some of those quickly-made dishes, and if it is well-cooked, hot, and not too spicy, I enjoy it. It also requests a dose of bravery to dare to eat this food, not cooked with a lot of hygiene. So far, so good!
Just taste it, this is one of the thing you must do when coming in India!
